All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiry periods. These are stated per promotion.
Minimum deposit is PKR 1,000. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe stated in Section 8 below.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the contractual relationship between en999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the en999 online gaming platform accessible at https://en999.cam.
en999 provides an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, virtual slots, table games and related entertainment services. The Platform is operated as an online gaming service targeting adult users who have satisfied the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. en999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account registration requires you to provide at minimum: a valid email address or mobile phone number, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. Additional information may be requested during the KYC process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. en999 will never contact you by any channel to request your password.
Any activity conducted through your Account using your valid credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless you have previously notified en999 of suspected unauthorised access. en999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify en999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account. en999 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any security concern.
en999 reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
en999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) framework as part of its compliance obligations. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from your Account.
You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
en999 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls including transaction monitoring and source-of-funds verification for high-value deposits or withdrawals. en999 may request evidence of the source of funds at any point in the relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.
KYC reviews are typically completed within 72 hours of submission of complete documentation. Complex cases may take longer. en999 will communicate progress via the registered email address on your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. en999 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources.
Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on this Platform as familiar local context only. These institutions do not endorse, affiliate with, or support en999 or online gambling services.
Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT and other accepted tokens) are subject to the same eligibility and KYC requirements as fiat currency deposits. Cryptocurrency valuations are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction and are subject to volatility risk.
en999 does not charge deposit processing fees from its end, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. en999 bears no responsibility for fees imposed by third-party providers.
All deposits are credited to your Account balance in PKR equivalent at the applicable conversion rate displayed at the time of transaction.
All bonus offers and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. The general principles applicable to all promotions on the Platform are set out below.
Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings attributable to those funds are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms. As an illustrative example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means that PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal eligibility is established.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or may not contribute at all. The contribution rate applicable to each game category is set out in the promotion-specific terms.
While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies (typically PKR 500 per spin or equivalent). Placing bets in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will be forfeited automatically. en999 does not extend bonus validity periods as a standard practice.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without proportionate gameplay risk — is prohibited. en999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close Accounts where abuse is established.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed in full. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 2,000 per request unless stated otherwise in the cashier section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, an alternative verified method may be nominated subject to compliance review.

en999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, in particular for amounts above standard thresholds or where AML indicators are present. Withdrawal requests may be declined where your Account does not satisfy KYC requirements or where a violation of these Terms is under investigation.
en999 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, for which en999 bears no responsibility.
All games available on the en999 Platform are supplied by third-party game studios and technology providers. Game rules, paytables, and RTP information are accessible within the individual game interface.
en999 does not manipulate game outcomes. The random number generation (RNG) underpinning all digital games is the responsibility of the respective game supplier. en999 is not liable for outcomes arising from the game supplier's RNG systems.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the hand, spin or bet in progress at the time of the fault will be treated as void. Any stake placed on a voided game round will be returned to your Account balance. en999 does not guarantee continuity of any game session and accepts no liability for loss of potential winnings due to technical interruption.
Sports betting odds are set and updated by en999's sports data partners. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Bets accepted before an odds change is applied will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, subject to the rules applicable to the specific market.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
Where en999 has reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze Account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies without prior notice to the User.
en999 is committed to providing responsible gambling tools to all registered users. These tools are accessible at any time from the Account settings dashboard and do not require a support request to activate.

Reductions to deposit or loss limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they become active — this is an intentional design feature, not a delay. Self-exclusion, once applied, cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires.

All intellectual property on the en999 Platform — including but not limited to the en999 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of en999 or its licensed game suppliers and technology partners.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.
Game content provided by third-party studios is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective supplier. en999 does not represent that it owns game content supplied by third parties.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, en999 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
en999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, en999's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
en999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even where such losses were foreseeable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
en999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, en999 will provide notice to registered users by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on your Account.
Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. Any funds in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to KYC clearance and applicable withdrawal conditions.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time changes are made.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which en999 is registered and holds its operating licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the licensing information accessible through the Platform.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our support team in writing at the address set out in Section 16 below. en999 aims to acknowledge formal written complaints within five (5) business days and to provide a substantive response within thirty (30) days.
If a dispute is not resolved through the internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body in the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable ADR scheme are available from our support team.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a competent court where circumstances warrant.
