Who We Are
We started en999 with a single purpose: to give Pakistani players a platform that is honest about what it offers, clear about its terms, and serious about player wellbeing. No smoke and mirrors — just a well-built gaming destination that respects its users.
en999 grew out of a straightforward observation: Pakistani players who enjoy online gaming — sports betting, live casino, slots, cricket odds — were being underserved. Platforms either ignored the local market entirely, used confusing foreign-currency pricing, offered zero Urdu-language support, or buried their terms in small print designed to confuse rather than inform.
We set out to do things differently. The platform was designed from the ground up with Pakistani users in mind — residents of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and every other city and town in between. Pricing is presented in PKR wherever it makes sense. Support staff can assist in both English and Urdu. Terms and conditions are written to be read, not avoided.
en999 is not just a product — it is a commitment. A commitment to transparency, to responsible play, and to the idea that an online gaming platform can operate with integrity. We know that gambling carries real risks. We take those risks seriously, which is why responsible gambling tools are front and centre in the account settings, not buried in a help article.
The name en999 is a nod to the idea of possibility — the full range of outcomes that make sports betting and casino gaming genuinely entertaining when approached responsibly. We want our users to enjoy the experience, manage their expectations clearly, and always stay in control.
These are not aspirational statements pinned to an office wall. They are the standards we hold ourselves to every day.
Every bonus, every fee and every restriction is stated clearly. If you cannot find something in our Terms & Conditions, our support team will tell you directly — not redirect you in circles.
TLS encryption, KYC verification, AML controls and two-factor authentication are standard on every account — not optional upgrades. Your data and funds are treated with care.
Deposit limits, loss caps, session timers and self-exclusion are built into the platform and easy to activate. We would rather a player use these tools than chase losses beyond their comfort.
en999 is built specifically for Pakistani players. Local context — cricket, PSL odds, PKR pricing, familiar payment references — is not an afterthought. It is the foundation of how we designed this platform.
A broad game library, live sports markets and player-protection tools — all under one roof.
Real-time odds on Pakistan cricket, PSL and T20 tournaments, ICC events, international football and UFC bouts. Markets update live so you can follow the action as it happens — whether it's a Lahore Qalandars match or a big ICC final.
HD-streamed live dealer tables running 24/7 — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and more. Professional dealers, multiple camera angles and real-time chat make the experience feel genuinely immersive without leaving home.
A growing library of video slots — from classic three-reel formats to modern Megaways mechanics — alongside instant-win games and virtual sports. RTP ranges are displayed in the game information panel for full transparency.
No separate app download required. en999 runs smoothly in mobile browsers on Android and iOS — optimised for the connectivity conditions common across Pakistan, including 4G and LTE networks.
Pricing and deposit minimums are presented in PKR so you always know exactly what you are committing. Payment method names familiar to Pakistani users (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are referenced here as local context only — these providers do not endorse or affiliate with gambling services.
Our support team is available around the clock via live chat. Agents can assist in English and are also able to help in Urdu on request — particularly useful for players in smaller cities and towns across Pakistan who prefer communicating in their first language.
en999 is not a generic international platform with a "Pakistan" flag added as an afterthought. Every layer of the product — pricing, content, support and payment context — has been shaped with Pakistani users specifically in mind. Whether you are in Karachi's DHA, a neighbourhood in Lahore's Gulberg, central Islamabad, Rawalpindi, a market area in Faisalabad, or anywhere in Multan or Peshawar, the experience is consistent and locally relevant.

en999 has evolved steadily since its launch. Each milestone reflects a commitment to improving the platform for Pakistani players — more games, better tools, stronger security and a clearer responsible gambling framework.
en999 went live with a focused game library and a Pakistan-first approach to pricing, language and support. The founding principle was simple: never hide a term that a player needs to make an informed decision.
Live PSL, T20 and international cricket betting went live, alongside football and UFC markets. Real-time odds processing was integrated so Pakistani sports fans could bet on their favourite events as they happen.
HD-quality live dealer tables were added across baccarat, roulette and blackjack. 24/7 availability and multi-language dealer options were prioritised from the outset.
Deposit limits, session timers, loss caps and the self-exclusion feature were moved to a prominent, easily accessible section of the account dashboard — not buried in settings menus.
Mobile browser performance was significantly improved for lower-bandwidth connections common in parts of Pakistan. Urdu-language support was added as an option across all support channels.
en999 takes responsible gambling seriously — not as a legal checkbox, but as a genuine operational priority. Gambling is entertainment. When it stops being that, it has become a problem. We provide every user with the tools to stay in control:
Access requires age verification — you must be 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. This is not just a term we state — it is verified during the account registration and KYC process.
If you feel that gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, please seek support from a recognised problem gambling resource in your region. Our support team can also help you activate restriction tools immediately, at any time. Read our full Responsible Gambling page →
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including legislation such as the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan can depend on applicable laws, jurisdictions and how those laws are interpreted. This page does not constitute legal advice, and en999 does not provide legal guidance to its users.
en999 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government body, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider. Payment method names referenced on this platform are used solely as familiar local context for Pakistani users. They do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support from those institutions.
Players are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable to them in their region before participating in any online gaming activity. If you are uncertain about the legal position in your area, please seek independent legal advice before registering.
